License Agreement
Effective Date: July 26, 2025
This License Agreement governs the use of all digital products sold by Reel Business Inc. (“RBI”), operated under Reel Beats Inc.
By purchasing or downloading from www.reelbusinessinc.com, you (“Customer,” “User,” or “Buyer”) agree to these terms:
1. License Type
Unless stated otherwise, all products come with a Single-User, Non-Transferable License.
✅ Allowed: Personal or internal business use.
❌ Not Allowed: Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or publicly sharing.
(Some products may include extended/commercial rights — this will be clearly noted on the product page.)
2. Permitted Use
Use in your own business, marketing, or content.
Print, edit, or customize for personal/internal projects.
Save backups for your own access.
3. Prohibited Use
Sharing, selling, or distributing to third parties.
Uploading files to public forums, drives, or marketplaces.
Claiming ownership of RBI’s original content.
Violation may result in license termination and legal action.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final due to instant digital delivery.
Refunds are only considered if:
You were charged twice (duplicate order).
Verified technical issues prevent access.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All RBI products are the exclusive IP of Reel Business Inc. (under Reel Beats Inc.).
You are granted a limited license to use, not ownership of the underlying content/design.
